Achill Island Pitch & Putt Club

Achill Island Pitch & Putt Club at The Valley House is a large and challenging 9-hole course with scenic views of Slievemore mountain and Blacksod Bay to the north and the Nephin mountain range to the east.

Pitch & Putt is a shorter form of golf, usually played with two clubs,one of which must be a putter. A 9-hole game on our course takes approximately an hour to complete. The game is a great complement to the golfer who wants to improve his or her game but also stands on it's own merits as a game for people of all ages.

Club hire is included in the green fee and golf balls and tees are available. The course welcomes all members of the public and provides an inexpensive and healthy amenity in a truly beautiful setting.
