Group Accommodation

Organising group accommodation can be hard work for the group leader but rest assured we will do our best to make the process as easy as possible for you at every stage of your booking. We are always on hand to offer lots of help and advice on group travel to The Valley House as well as information on Achill Island and County Mayo.

There's so much to do and see here...check out our Activities page as well as our Achill page for some ideas. We can help organize water sports, hillwalking, cycling, boat trips, music sessions... and whatever else your group needs to have an enjoyable stay with us. We have over 30 years experience helping groups of all ages enjoy the beauty and special atmosphere of Achill and The Valley House.

We can provide group accommodation for up to 32 people, please contact us for a quote.

Included in your group rate:

Light breakfast, showers, bed linen, free wifi
Full self-catering kitchen facilities
A selection of private and dormitory rooms
Help with booking local activities, travel and local area advice, maps

If you wish, we can also provide your group with meals such as a full Irish cooked breakfast, a barbeque in our Courtyard Bar, or dinner in our dining room. Let us know what your needs are and we can give you a quote.

Terms and Conditions

Continental breakfast, showers and wifi internet access are included in the price. All bed linen is provided but guests should bring their own towels and toiletries. Other group meals can be provided on request. Contact us for more information. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have about Achill and local activities.

The cost of the booking must be pre-paid in full at least 30 days (4 weeks) prior to arrival, credit card details must be given as security on the booking.

Please note cancellation terms below. If the balance has not been received by us at least 21 days before arrival, we reserve the right to regard the booking as cancelled.

Group bookings can still be made if the arrival date is less than 30 days away as long as there is availability in the hostel and the booking is immediately paid in full to confirm the reservation.
